The agreement between you and Relax Social governing your access to and use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Relax Social ("Relax", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our mobile application and services.
By creating an account or using Relax, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Relax provides a live streaming and social platform that includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you create on Relax. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with our Community Guidelines and applicable laws. We may remove content that violates our policies without prior notice.

Participation in the Creator Program is subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.

The Relax app, including its design, features, branding, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

Relax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for user-generated content, interactions between users, or any consequences arising from your use of the platform. You use Relax at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relax and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relax and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Upon termination, your right to use Relax ceases immediately. Any virtual currency, gifts, or earnings may be forfeited. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Relax shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Relax after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using our services.
