How do I start my first live stream?
Open the app, tap the Go Live tab at the bottom, give Relax Social camera and microphone access, choose a category that fits your stream (Education, Music, Talk, etc.), add a title, and tap the broadcast button. You're live in seconds.
Can I stream with just audio?
Yes. When you go live, choose the Voice Room option instead of Video. You can keep your camera off, set a custom background, and still receive gifts and chat with listeners in real time.
How many co-hosts can I bring on a stream?
You can invite up to 8 guests on screen at the same time. Tap the invite sticker during your stream, pick a viewer or send a link, and they'll join as a co-host.
How much can I earn as a host?
Earnings depend on the gifts you receive during streams. Relax Social pays hosts significantly more than any competitor — for every $100 in gifts, our hosts keep up to $78. Top creators also earn bonuses from the monthly Creator Fund.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Open your Wallet, tap Withdraw, choose your preferred payout method (bank transfer, mobile money, or international provider), enter the amount, and submit. Most withdrawals are processed within hours.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes. The minimum withdrawal is shown in your wallet and depends on your chosen payout method. Once you hit the threshold, you can request a payout at any time — there are no fixed payout windows.
What are weekly club events?
Club events are themed, app-wide parties that run every week — Afrobeats Fridays, Comedy Sundays, Creator Mondays, and more. They bring a built-in audience to your stream so you can be discovered faster.
How do I join a club event?
When a club event is live, you'll see a banner at the top of your Discover feed. Tap Join and your stream will be featured under that night's category. You can also pre-register from the event details page.
How do daily rewards work?
You earn free coins every day you log in. The longer your daily streak, the bigger the bonus. Miss a day and your streak resets — so keep coming back. Surprise drops also happen during club events.
Can I use reward coins to send gifts?
Yes. Daily reward coins can be used to send gifts to your favourite hosts, unlock stickers, and access premium features inside the app.
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong, unique password and never share your login. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings, and review your privacy controls to choose who can message you, see your streams, and send you gifts.
How do I report a user or stream?
Tap the More button on the stream or profile, choose Report, and pick a reason. Our moderation team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours.
